The puppy listed available for purchase is to the best of our knowledge a healthy puppy.
After your new puppy arrives you have 48 hours to take your new puppy to the veterinarian, should the veterinarian find that the puppy has a genetic defect that will effect the day to day life of your puppy or cause it not to live a normal active life, you can exchange that puppy for one from a current litter or future stock. The puppy must be the same breed, sex and price as the puppy you purchased. You as the owner are responsible for all transportation cost to exchange the puppy. We will under no circumstances pay for any medical treatments or care after the puppy leaves our care.
We will not under any circumstances give a cash refund.
If you are looking to bring a T-Cup or Toy breed puppy into your life please take the time to research the extra care that they do require the first four months of their life to ensure that they grow into healthy adults. We will not be responsible for any puppy that suffers from Hypoglycemia also known as a sugar drop after it leaves our care. We do use preventative measures to avoid this from occurring and will give instructions on these measures and it is urgent that you continue the preventative care.
Failure for any reason not to take your puppy to the Veterinarian after it is received will void any guarantee. You should make your puppy’s new puppy appointment prior to shipping to ensure your puppy can be seen.

We want you and your pet to have a long healthy life together. If at anytime during this puppies life you should need to place the puppy/dog we do ask that you call us and allow us to help you find a new home. In the case the puppy or dog must be given up without time for placement we will take the dog and find placement for you. If at any point of this puppy/dogs life you do give him/her away, sell them etc. we ask to be notified so we will have up to date records on this puppy/dog.
